Job Requirements
- minimum relevant experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in business management related to food service operations
- ability to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to travel among restaurant locations as needed
- valid driver’s license if company car or mileage reimbursement is involved

- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- strong business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
