Job Requirements

  • minimum relevant experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in business management related to food service operations
  • ability to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to travel among restaurant locations as needed
  • valid driver’s license if company car or mileage reimbursement is involved

  • strong business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing

Job Duties

  • oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers

  • train and validate employees on key operational elements
