Job Requirements
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence
- Maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated
- Performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail or commercial
- Experience managing a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory control
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
- Implementing merchandising programs
- Controlling cash and inventory
- Motivating and teambuilding
- Promoting excellent customer service
- Managing profit and loss including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
- Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management
