Job Requirements

  • A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence
  • Maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated
  • Performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail or commercial
  • Experience managing a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory control
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
  • Implementing merchandising programs
  • Controlling cash and inventory
  • Motivating and teambuilding
  • Promoting excellent customer service
  • Managing profit and loss including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
  • Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management
