Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year prior supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances including stairs
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Tolerant of disagreeable odors
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with technology and data analysis
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications

- At least one year of supervisory experience overseeing a team or crew in a hands-on environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new software platforms
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on operational issues
- Quick problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Valid driver's license with ability to operate a company vehicle
Job Duties
- Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support through regular team meetings and safety checks
- Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure team adherence to budgets
- Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement
- Step in as needed to ensure uninterrupted service and operational reliability
- Visit properties to review service quality, conduct audits, and resolve issues
- Use technology tools like iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service completion
- Respond to resident or property concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure Service Valets have the tools, equipment, and access needed to complete routes
- Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets
- Pick up and distribute supplies, PPE, and containers
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to monitor staffing levels and manage costs
- Support special projects and service recovery efforts
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance and ensure fleet safety standards are met
