Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and working outdoors
- Tolerant of disagreeable odors
Job Qualifications

- At least one-year prior supervisory experience in a hands-on environment preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with adaptability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and working outdoors in varied weather
- Tolerant of disagreeable odors
Job Duties
- Onboard and train team of Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support through team meetings and safety checks
- Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure team adherence to budgets
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
- Ensure uninterrupted service by stepping in as necessary
- Visit properties to review service quality, complete audits, and resolve issues
- Use technology tools like iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service completion
- Respond promptly to resident or property concerns
- Ensure Service Valets have the necessary tools, equipment, and access
- Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets
- Pick up and distribute supplies, PPE, and containers
- Monitor staffing levels and manage costs with Operations Manager
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance and ensure fleet safety standards are met
- Support special projects and service recovery efforts
