Job Requirements
- General knowledge of all departments product is desired
- provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
- possess a positive attitude and professionalism
- conform to scheduled work hours and shifts set by store management
- capable of working on feet for long periods of time
- capable of standing, walking, bending and or kneeling consistently throughout the workday
- capable of pushing, pulling and or lifting up to 30 pounds without assistance consistently and sometimes 50 pounds throughout the workday
- some positions require the applicant to be at least 18 or at least 21 years of age to adhere to background check requirements and or become forklift certified

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers
- stock and organize shelves
- operate computers and process sales transactions
- supervise department employees including creating and distributing daily assignments
- train new employees and cross train employees from other departments
- maintain general cleaning and upkeep of store areas
- answer phones, manage two-way radio calls, and make announcements over the PA system with professionalism
