Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certification from culinary school preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Proficiency in kitchen health and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
  • Hands-on leader providing development and guidance
  • Extremely high standards and attention to detail
  • High level of personal initiative
  • Ability to multitask across multiple departments
  • Willingness to be based in Phoenix and travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Facilitate back-of-house (BOH) training and execute new menu rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen health regulations
