Job Requirements
- Minimum eight years senior HR leadership experience preferably in hospitality
- HR certifications preferred
- minimum two years upper upscale hotel experience
- bachelors degree preferred
- proven leadership skills
- able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee
- able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
- able to create a diverse and supportive work environment
- strong time management skills

Job Duties
- Provide strategic direction and human resources consultation to hotel leadership
- implement HR strategies including training, development, performance management, benefits, recruitment, and associate relations
- coach and develop human resource professionals within the area
- ensure fair and consistent application of labor laws and policies
- conduct and resolve associate investigations
- deliver efficient HR programs and tools
- partner with properties on recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies
