Job Requirements

  • Minimum eight years senior HR leadership experience preferably in hospitality
  • HR certifications preferred
  • minimum two years upper upscale hotel experience
  • bachelors degree preferred
  • proven leadership skills
  • able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee
  • able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
  • able to create a diverse and supportive work environment
  • strong time management skills

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic direction and human resources consultation to hotel leadership
  • implement HR strategies including training, development, performance management, benefits, recruitment, and associate relations
  • coach and develop human resource professionals within the area
  • ensure fair and consistent application of labor laws and policies
  • conduct and resolve associate investigations
  • deliver efficient HR programs and tools
  • partner with properties on recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies
