Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of hotel sales or related experience
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be based in Denver or willing to relocate
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge
- Completion of Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred
- Selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training preferred
- Must be Denver based or willing to relocate
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
Job Duties
- Sell guest rooms, meeting space, and Hyatt services to customer groups
- Manage customer accounts and maintain organized documentation
- Conduct site inspections and solicit new business opportunities
- Prepare and present effective sales proposals
- Participate in and lead event, sales, and staff meetings
- Collaborate with sales, catering, and administrative teams
- Utilize Hyatt systems to coordinate customer service requirements
