Job Requirements

  • Education at bachelor's degree level highly preferred
  • Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality required
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams through other managers
  • Ability to manage department budgets and apply financial analysis
  • Strong client and customer service focus
  • Capability to interpret and implement contract terms
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
  • Willingness to use uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • Ability to focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff
  • Comfortable interpreting and implementing contractual requirements and identifying operational opportunities
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead through other managers
  • Experience in creating and managing budgets, financial controls, and analysis
  • Experience developing product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives

Job Duties

  • Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management
  • Manage client and community relationships and continuously assess operations to optimize service and satisfaction
  • Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational goals
  • Recommend methods, resources, and implement service improvements and growth plans based on operational needs and contractual obligations
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain associated records and reports
  • Enforce adherence to Aramark's standards of operation including safety policies and business conduct at all times
