- Minimum five years of management experience

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building trusted, long-term partnerships
- Lead overall operational performance across three accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet or exceed business targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of 5 salaried managers and approximately 12 hourly employees
- Drive engagement, accountability, and Sodexo’s food safety and service standards
- Partner with regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
