Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of management experience
  • Minimum five years of functional experience
  • Strong consultative and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ability to standardize processes while adapting to unique site needs
  • Experience driving operational consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Strong skills in performance management, engagement, and retention

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building trusted, long-term partnerships
  • Lead overall operational performance across three accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet or exceed business targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of 5 salaried managers and approximately 12 hourly employees
  • Drive engagement, accountability, and Sodexo’s food safety and service standards
  • Partner with regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
