Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel efficiently between two assigned properties as needed
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a General Manager or equivalent senior management role in hospitality
  • Direct experience managing multiple properties
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with major hotel brands preferred
  • Skilled in budgeting, financial forecasting, and project management preferred

Job Duties

  • Assume complete operational responsibility for two separate hotels
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve aggressive business objectives and revenue targets
  • Manage profit and loss statements, budget control, and daily financial operations including bank deposits
  • Lead, coach, and delegate to management teams at both locations
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop staff while administering performance management
  • Ensure highest standards of customer service and brand consistency across properties
  • Complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls for alignment with company goals
