Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience in related field
  • Proven multi-site management experience
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire onsite team including two salaried managers and ten hourly employees
  • Oversee operations at King of Prussia, Marietta, and provide virtual support for Rockville, MD
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client ensuring exceptional service
  • Manage budgets, financials, and operational goals to deliver results
  • Oversee diverse service offerings including cafe, catering, coffee bar, pantry services, and micro-markets
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
