Job Duties
- motivate team through a compelling vision and direction to encompass Love’s core values
- communicate clear expectations and hold store teams accountable to achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards
- effectively manage employee development with feedback and training opportunities
- conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location
- provide exceptional customer service and verify restaurant managers are doing the same
- oversee interior and exterior condition of each restaurant to meet company standards in facility maintenance, merchandising, and marketing
- review all service metrics and reports to teach and coach for improved customer service standards
- maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards
- maintain company attendance standards
- address employee issues timely and collaborate with district manager as necessary
- develop effective succession plans for internal promotions
- recognize and resolve customer issues or complaints with optimal solutions
- ensure all employees follow safety procedures with food preparation tools and appliances
- protect company assets via audit processes and ensure cash handling policies are followed
- proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities
