Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in restaurant management
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Experience in operational oversight of multiple locations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel periodically nationally
  • Capability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50lbs
  • Commitment to upholding company standards and policies

Job Duties

  • Motivate team through a compelling vision and direction to encompass Love's core values
  • Communicate clear expectations and hold the store teams accountable to achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards
  • Effectively manage employee development with feedback and training opportunities
  • Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location
  • Provide exceptional customer service and verify that restaurant managers are doing the same
  • Oversee the interior and exterior condition of each restaurant to ensure it is meeting established company standards
  • Review all service metrics and reports to teach and coach for improved customer service standards
