Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in restaurant management position
  • Ability to motivate, lead and manage multiple teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally periodically
  • Capability to work in physically demanding environments including standing, walking, lifting up to 50lbs
  • Commitment to uphold company grooming, attendance and safety standards
  • Ability to analyze reports and metrics for performance coaching
  • Experience in staff development and conflict resolution

  • 5+ years in restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Motivate team through a compelling vision and direction to encompass Love's Core values
  • Communicate clear expectations and hold store teams accountable to achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards
  • Effectively manage employee development with feedback and training opportunities
  • Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location
  • Provide exceptional customer service and verify Restaurant Managers are doing the same
  • Oversee the interior and exterior condition of each restaurant to meet company standards including facility maintenance, merchandising, and marketing
  • Review service metrics and reports including SOS Ranking Reports, Drive Thru SOS Reports, Mystery Shops, Driver Panel to coach for improved customer service standards
  • Maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards
  • Maintain company attendance standards
  • Address employee issues timely and collaborate with District Manager as necessary
  • Develop effective succession plans leading to internal promotions
  • Recognize and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Ensure employees follow safety procedures for tools and appliances
  • Protect company assets through audits and compliance with cash handling and policies
  • Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
