Job Requirements
- 5+ years in restaurant management position required
- ability to travel nationally periodically
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb
- occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focus
- ability to work in environments with outdoor elements, fumes, and mechanical noises
- strong organizational and time management skills
- willingness to uphold company grooming and attendance standards

Job Duties
- Motivate team through a compelling vision and direction to encompass Love's Core values
- communicate clear expectations and hold the store teams accountable to achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards
- effectively manage employee development with feedback and training opportunities
- conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location
- provide exceptional customer service and verify that Restaurant Managers are doing the same
- oversee the interior and exterior condition of each restaurant to ensure it is meeting company standards
- review all service metrics and reports to teach and coach for improved customer service standards
- maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards
- maintain company attendance standards
- address employee issues in an appropriate and timely manner
- collaborate with District Manager to manage employee issues
- develop an effective succession plan that leads to internal promotions
- recognize and resolve customer issues or complaints
- ensure all employees follow safety procedures while using food preparation tools
- protect company assets with audits and ensure compliance with cash handling policies
- seek personal learning and development opportunities
