- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years functional culinary experience
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent within Illinois
- Strong culinary skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Job Duties
- Be hands on cooking within the culinary outlets, training and developing skills
- Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- Maintain working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- Oversee all campus culinary operations including residential dining, retail, and catering services
- Engage with students to create a healthy and positive dining experience
