Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years of management experience
- minimum 3 years of functional experience
- ability to travel up to 50% within Illinois
- hands-on culinary experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to work with automated inventory and production systems

Job Duties
- be hands on cooking within the culinary outlets, training and developing skills
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
