Job Duties

  • Shape and execute the culinary vision across multiple locations
  • lead and inspire culinary teams fostering creativity and collaboration
  • design and implement seasonal, scratch-made menus highlighting local and sustainable ingredients
  • oversee kitchen operations including menu development, procurement, inventory management, and food safety
  • partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional dining experience
  • ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste and presentation
  • mentor and develop culinary team members fostering growth and excellence
