Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Three or more years in hospitality sales and marketing leadership preferred
  • Three years cross-functional experience in hotel management or related industry preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Three or more years in hospitality sales and marketing leadership preferred
  • Three years cross-functional experience in hotel management or related industry preferred
  • Advanced degree coursework in business administration marketing and communications preferred
  • Experience with business strategy and business planning
  • Ability to speak multiple languages helpful
  • Proficiency in Delphi FDC preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the group transient and catering sales team
  • Deploy business strategies to achieve annual budget and targets
  • Set strategy and deliver hotel sales targets including group rooms and catering
  • Conduct daily and weekly business review and sales strategy meetings
  • Manage performance reviews and career development plans for sales team
  • Build relationships with customers and third-party partners
  • Contribute to commercial activity reporting and market analysis
