Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience or relevant education combination
- Supervisory experience required
- Valid state driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Proficient problem-solving skills
- Understanding of financial basics
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience or a 4-year college degree plus 2 years related experience or a 2-year degree plus 4 years hotel sales experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Clear communicator and quick decision-maker
- Ability to handle pressure, remain objective, and solve problems effectively
- Adaptability to complex information and financial concepts
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Greet every guest and team member with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a consistent schedule in line with company standards
- Adhere to brand-compliant appearance and grooming standards
- Ensure safe and efficient operations by enforcing company rules and regulations
- Participate in and energize meetings and training sessions using company training methods
- Coach and guide sales team members to achieve revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
