Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience or relevant education combination
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Proficient problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of financial basics

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience or a 4-year college degree plus 2 years related experience or a 2-year degree plus 4 years hotel sales experience
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Clear communicator and quick decision-maker
  • Ability to handle pressure, remain objective, and solve problems effectively
  • Adaptability to complex information and financial concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest and team member with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Maintain a consistent schedule in line with company standards
  • Adhere to brand-compliant appearance and grooming standards
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations by enforcing company rules and regulations
  • Participate in and energize meetings and training sessions using company training methods
  • Coach and guide sales team members to achieve revenue goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
