Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in revenue management systems, property management systems, and distribution channels
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and competitor activities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pricing strategies and inventory management tactics
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution channels
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for senior leadership and ownership groups
  • Leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop teams

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies
  • Analyze and measure pricing strategies to ensure consistency and alignment with company pricing philosophy
  • Manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reports supporting hotel strategies
  • Optimize inventory management for rooms and function space
  • Accurately prepare monthly and weekly revenue forecasts for all segments
  • Research market trends and monitor competitor activities to inform pricing and inventory decisions
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to define booking terms and promotions
  • Evaluate market share reports to identify trends and competitive positioning
  • Assist in developing strategic action plans for revenue management
  • Work closely with sales team to align revenue goals and market demand
