Job Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited physical therapy occupational therapy speech language pathology physical therapy assistant or occupational therapy assistant program
  • Minimum of four years of clinical experience including at least three years leadership in multi-facility skilled therapy services setting
  • Residency within regional area from Fargo ND through north central Minnesota or willingness to relocate
  • Intermediate or stronger technological skills with Microsoft and database systems
  • Strong communication leadership and collaboration abilities
  • Professional judgment and initiative in problem solving
  • Valid license to practice in relevant state

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy occupational therapy speech language pathology physical therapy assistant or occupational therapy assistant program
  • Minimum of four years of clinical experience in a therapy services role
  • At least three years in a leadership capacity within a multi-facility skilled therapy services setting
  • Intermediate or stronger skill level with technology and software including Microsoft and database systems
  • Strong communication leadership and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative in problem solving
  • Experience with NetHealth preferred
  • Current valid license to practice in appropriate state as physical therapist occupational therapist speech language pathologist physical therapist assistant or occupational therapy assistant

Job Duties

  • Responsible for onboarding accountability and development of employees through leadership and management skills
  • Complete facility site visits every four to six weeks to present reports and promote compliance and customer service
  • Analyze key performance indicators revenue forecasts and facility expenses
  • Collaborate with recruiter and rehab director to manage staffing patterns
  • Work with clinical services team to ensure compliance quality measures and success metrics
  • Manage overall regional performance including workflow assessment complaint resolution and team member engagement
  • Maintain expertise in clinical knowledge to coach and mentor rehab directors and clinical staff
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients providing strategic direction on services and projects
  • Represent Blue Stone Therapy in community activities marketing events seminars and conventions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
