Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of management and leadership experience in multi-unit management role
- proven track record managing multiple priorities in fast-paced work environment
- adept written, verbal, and relational communication skills
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- solid financial and analytical skills
- sets realistic objectives and goals and implements steps to achieve them
- knowledge of management recruitment, selection, and training
- knowledge of health and safety code compliance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but may be replaced by consistent leadership experience
- 50% travel required
