Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of management and leadership experience in multi-unit management role
  • proven track record managing multiple priorities in fast-paced work environment
  • adept written, verbal, and relational communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • solid financial and analytical skills
  • sets realistic objectives and goals and implements steps to achieve them
  • knowledge of management recruitment, selection, and training
  • knowledge of health and safety code compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but may be replaced by consistent leadership experience
  • 50% travel required
