Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in multi-unit hospitality
  • proven leadership in fast-paced environments
  • strong communication skills
  • solid financial and organizational skills
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • willingness to travel 50%

  • excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • solid financial and analytical aptitude
  • experience driving sales and profits while developing people
  • knowledge of recruitment, selection, and training principles
  • understanding of health and safety codes and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • ability to travel 50% of time

Job Duties

  • Builds and leads high performing management teams
  • recruits, retains and develops knowledgeable, passionate talent
  • manages healthy P&L statements for all Shacks in area
  • collaborates with General Managers to set revenue growth and cost control targets
  • empowers leaders to act in accordance with the Shack Pact and company culture
  • prioritizes non-financial targets such as talent development, succession planning, community involvement, and employee retention
  • serves as liaison between Home Office and management teams
  • anticipates guest feedback and uses data to drive GM accountability and guest experience
  • ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
  • establishes strong community partnerships to enhance brand presence and loyalty
  • completes regular Shack visits to validate compliance, KPI results and safety
