Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of management and leadership experience in multi-unit roles
- proven track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- adept written, verbal, and relational communication skills
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- solid financial and analytical skills driving sales and profits
- knowledge of management recruitment, selection, and training principles
- knowledge of health and safety code compliance policies and procedures
- bachelor's degree preferred but may be substituted with relevant experience
- ability to travel 50%
Job Duties
- Builds and leads high performing management teams
- recruits, retains and develops a knowledgeable, passionate talent pool
- leads the management of healthy P&L statements for all Shacks in area
- drives collaboration with General Managers to identify business needs and set revenue and cost control targets
- empowers and develops leaders to act in accordance with company culture
- ensures area meets talent development, succession planning, community involvement, and employee retention goals
- serves as liaison between Home Office and management teams by prioritizing communications and guiding implementation
- anticipates guest feedback and leverages data points to maintain excellent guest experience
- prioritizes compliance and risk management
- establishes and maintains strong community partnerships
- conducts regular Shack visits to ensure compliance and a safe environment for team members and guests
