Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Dependable with access to reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work locations

  • Commitment to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer and business lending, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Career minded individuals
  • Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions
  • Service customer needs and identify opportunities to provide advice and guidance on financial products
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash controls and balancing daily
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Educate customers on bank products, services, and technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking
  • Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies
  • Travel and work in multiple branch locations throughout the week
  • Perform other duties as assigned
