Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
- Dependable with access to reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer and business lending, customer service, and presentation skills
- Career minded individuals
- Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles preferred
Job Duties
- Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions
- Service customer needs and identify opportunities to provide advice and guidance on financial products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash controls and balancing daily
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Educate customers on bank products, services, and technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking
- Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies
- Travel and work in multiple branch locations throughout the week
- Perform other duties as assigned
