Job Requirements

- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly to store locations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Drive financial success by ensuring budget and financial projections are met and exceeded
- Lead and inspire by recruiting and retaining high-quality management talent
- Champion business excellence through implementation and monitoring of controls, customer service strategies, and company policies
- Conduct field leadership with regular visits to assure compliance with Wingstop standards and policies
- Lead ongoing development with training programs to improve staff performance and customer service
- Collaborate on marketing and strategy to ensure district-level promotions and initiatives are executed effectively
- Develop staffing and retention strategies to maintain optimal staffing levels and talent retention
- Maintain food safety and compliance by ensuring strict adherence to health regulations and sanitation protocols
- Oversee audit and compliance processes for labor, safety, cash control, and operational regulations
- Complete all administrative tasks and reports with accuracy and efficiency
