Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar roles
  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • proven track record of leading and developing teams
  • ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations
  • strong understanding of financial principles and business operations
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • commitment to upholding food safety and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Drive financial success by ensuring budget and financial targets are met

  • lead training programs to improve staff performance and build a winning culture
  • collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and execute promotions

  • ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and sanitation protocols
  • oversee audits and ensure compliance with labor, safety, and operational regulations
