- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar roles
- bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- proven track record of leading and developing teams
- ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations
- strong understanding of financial principles and business operations
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- commitment to upholding food safety and compliance standards

Job Duties
- Drive financial success by ensuring budget and financial targets are met
- recruit and retain high-quality management talent
- implement and monitor business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies
- conduct regular visits to store locations to ensure standards and policies are followed
- lead training programs to improve staff performance and build a winning culture
- collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and execute promotions
- develop staffing strategies to achieve optimal levels and retain top talent
- ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and sanitation protocols
- oversee audits and ensure compliance with labor, safety, and operational regulations
- complete reports and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
