Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- Proven track record in leadership and multi-unit operations
- Ability to travel frequently to different store locations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in food safety and compliance
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

- Experience in multi-unit management or area coaching within the food service industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Proficient in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities

Job Duties
- Drive financial success by meeting budget and financial projections
- Lead recruitment and retain high-quality management talent
- Implement and monitor business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies
- Conduct regular visits to store locations to ensure standards and policies compliance
- Lead training programs to enhance staff performance and customer service
- Collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and execute promotions
- Develop strategies for optimal staffing levels and retention
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation
- Oversee audits for labor, safety, and operational regulations
- Complete required reports and administrative tasks accurately
