Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in multi-unit restaurant or food service management
- Demonstrated success in financial target achievement and team leadership
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with business software and reporting tools
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Drive financial success ensuring budget and financial projections are met
- Lead recruiting and retention of high-quality management talent
- Implement business controls customer service strategies and company policies
- Conduct regular store visits ensuring Wingstop standards and policies are followed
- Lead training programs to improve staff performance and customer service
- Collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and execute promotions
- Develop staffing and retention strategies to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Ensure food safety health regulations and sanitation protocols are followed
- Oversee audits and ensure compliance with labor safety and operational regulations
- Complete reports and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
