Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational software systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to travel regularly to store locations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of financial management including budgeting and P&L
- Experience with food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Drive financial success including meeting budget and financial projections
- Lead and inspire by recruiting and retaining management talent
- Champion business excellence through implementing business controls and customer service strategies
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with Wingstop standards and policies
- Lead ongoing training programs to improve staff performance and build a winning culture
- Collaborate on district marketing strategies ensuring effective execution of promotions
- Develop staffing strategies to achieve optimal levels and retain top talent
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health regulations, and sanitation protocols
- Oversee audits ensuring labor, safety, and operational regulation adherence
- Complete administrative tasks and reports accurately and efficiently
