Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit food service management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and operational goals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Proven leadership and management experience in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of financial management and budget oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with staff training and development

Job Duties
- Drive financial success by ensuring all budget and financial projections are met and exceeded
- Lead and inspire by recruiting and retaining high-quality management talent
- Champion business excellence by implementing and monitoring business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies
- Provide field leadership with regular store visits to ensure compliance with Wingstop standards
- Lead ongoing development through training programs that improve staff performance and build a winning culture
- Collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and ensure effective execution of promotions
- Develop staffing and retention strategies to achieve optimal staffing levels and retain top talent
- Maintain food safety and compliance by rigorously following health regulations and sanitation protocols
- Oversee audits ensuring compliance with labor, safety, operational regulations, and control of cash, products, and equipment
- Complete all administrative tasks and required reports accurately and efficiently
