Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in restaurant management or similar multi-unit leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel regularly between store locations
- Proficiency in administrative and operational software

- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and operational compliance
- Ability to lead training and development programs

Job Duties
- Drive financial success by meeting all budget and financial projections
- Lead and inspire by recruiting and retaining high-quality management talent
- Champion business excellence by implementing and monitoring business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies
- Provide field leadership through regular visits to store locations ensuring compliance with standards and policies
- Conduct ongoing development by leading training programs to improve staff performance and customer service
- Collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and oversee promotion execution
- Develop staffing and retention strategies to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Maintain food safety and compliance with health regulations and sanitation protocols
- Oversee audits ensuring compliance with labor, safety, and operational regulations and control of cash, products, and equipment
- Manage administrative tasks including accurate completion of reports
