Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in restaurant management or similar multi-unit leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel regularly between store locations
  • Proficiency in administrative and operational software

  • Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and operational compliance
  • Ability to lead training and development programs

  • Proven ability to implement marketing strategies and promotional initiatives

Job Duties

  • Drive financial success by meeting all budget and financial projections
  • Lead and inspire by recruiting and retaining high-quality management talent
