Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or multi-unit leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area regularly
  • Proficiency in business software and reporting tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Conduct business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning
  • Visit multiple restaurant locations to coach and develop management teams
  • Implement sales forecasting and optimize labor costs
  • Interview, hire, and schedule staff
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
  • Oversee new hire and recipe training programs
  • Foster leadership development at all levels
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
  • Prepare teams for emergencies including robberies, fires, and medical incidents
  • Manage guest feedback promptly and effectively
  • Maintain daily reporting including R365 and Daily Chex
  • Review labor, sales, and food cost metrics daily
  • Handle invoices, tickets, and email communications
  • Collaborate with recruiters to hire key talent from hourly supervisors to general managers
