Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or multi-unit leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area regularly
- Proficiency in business software and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Prior experience conducting performance reviews
- Capable of handling administrative tasks and reporting
- Skilled in recruiting and talent acquisition
Job Duties
- Conduct business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning
- Visit multiple restaurant locations to coach and develop management teams
- Implement sales forecasting and optimize labor costs
- Interview, hire, and schedule staff
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Oversee new hire and recipe training programs
- Foster leadership development at all levels
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
- Prepare teams for emergencies including robberies, fires, and medical incidents
- Manage guest feedback promptly and effectively
- Maintain daily reporting including R365 and Daily Chex
- Review labor, sales, and food cost metrics daily
- Handle invoices, tickets, and email communications
- Collaborate with recruiters to hire key talent from hourly supervisors to general managers
