Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Strong business acumen with experience in sales forecasting and labor optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Competency in using reporting tools such as R365 and Daily Chex

  • Experience recruiting and hiring managerial and supervisory staff

Job Duties

  • Manage 30% office time focused on business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning
  • Oversee 70% restaurant time dedicated to coaching, development, and operational excellence
  • Conduct sales forecasting and labor optimization
  • Interview, hire, and schedule staff
  • Manage inventory and food cost
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
  • Oversee new hire and recipe training
  • Foster leadership development across all levels
  • Host one-on-ones and performance reviews
  • Prepare teams for emergency situations like robberies, fires, or medical incidents
  • Actively manage and respond to guest feedback
  • Maintain R365 and Daily Chex reporting
  • Review labor, sales, and food cost metrics daily
  • Manage invoices, tickets, and email communications
  • Collaborate with recruiters to hire key talent from hourly supervisors to general managers
