Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong business acumen with experience in sales forecasting and labor optimization

- Competency in using reporting tools such as R365 and Daily Chex

- Experience recruiting and hiring managerial and supervisory staff
Job Duties
- Manage 30% office time focused on business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning
- Oversee 70% restaurant time dedicated to coaching, development, and operational excellence
- Conduct sales forecasting and labor optimization
- Interview, hire, and schedule staff
- Manage inventory and food cost
- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
- Oversee new hire and recipe training
- Foster leadership development across all levels
- Host one-on-ones and performance reviews
- Prepare teams for emergency situations like robberies, fires, or medical incidents
- Actively manage and respond to guest feedback
- Maintain R365 and Daily Chex reporting
- Review labor, sales, and food cost metrics daily
- Manage invoices, tickets, and email communications
- Collaborate with recruiters to hire key talent from hourly supervisors to general managers
