Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations
  • Proficiency in using business and scheduling software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Experience in staff recruitment and development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Capacity to handle crisis and emergency situations professionally
  • Familiarity with restaurant reporting systems such as R365 and Daily Chex

Job Duties

  • Conduct business analysis, forecasting, scheduling and planning
  • Perform structured restaurant visits focused on coaching, development, and operational excellence
  • Manage sales forecasting and labor optimization
  • Interview, hire, and schedule staff
  • Oversee inventory and food cost management
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
  • Oversee new hire and recipe training
  • Foster leadership development across all levels
  • Host one-on-ones and performance reviews
  • Prepare teams for emergencies such as robberies, fires, or medical incidents
