Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations
- Proficiency in using business and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Experience in staff recruitment and development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Capacity to handle crisis and emergency situations professionally
- Familiarity with restaurant reporting systems such as R365 and Daily Chex
Job Duties
- Conduct business analysis, forecasting, scheduling and planning
- Perform structured restaurant visits focused on coaching, development, and operational excellence
- Manage sales forecasting and labor optimization
- Interview, hire, and schedule staff
- Oversee inventory and food cost management
- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
- Oversee new hire and recipe training
- Foster leadership development across all levels
- Host one-on-ones and performance reviews
- Prepare teams for emergencies such as robberies, fires, or medical incidents
