Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience managing multiple locations preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel between restaurant locations
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient with computer software related to scheduling and reporting
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities

- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in business analysis and forecasting
- Knowledge of inventory, food cost management, and safety standards
- Ability to conduct training and performance evaluations

- Familiarity with administrative reporting tools like R365 and Daily Chex
- Recruiting experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning
- Structured visits focused on coaching, development, and operational excellence
- Sales forecasting and labor optimization
- Interviewing, hiring, and staff scheduling
- Inventory and food cost management
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld
- Oversee new hire and recipe training
- Foster leadership development across all levels
- Host one-on-ones and performance reviews
- Prepare teams for emergencies like robberies, fires, or medical incidents
- Maintain R365 and Daily Chex reporting
- Review labor, sales, and food cost metrics daily
- Manage invoices, tickets, and email communications
- Collaborate with recruiters and hire key talent from Hourly Supervisors to General Managers
