  • Swiftly resolve customer complaints while maintaining positive relations
  • Apply expertise in financial analysis to evaluate financial performance of restaurants
  • Support restaurant general managers in driving sales and delivering consistent feedback to enhance profitability and operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development
