Job Requirements

  • must reside in Orange County, CA
  • three years of culinary management experience
  • working knowledge of HACCP
  • experience in contract foodservice or similar
  • proficiency in inventory and purchasing control
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • willingness to travel across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego areas as business requires

Job Qualifications

  • three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
  • working knowledge of HACCP
  • knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
  • experience with exhibition cooking
  • ServSafe certified is a plus
  • strong understanding of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • residency in Orange County, CA preferred
  • open to travel across Southern California

Job Duties

  • Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
  • knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
  • proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
  • possesses a passion for sustainability
  • support regional travel as needed to manage multiple locations
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
