Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience as executive chef and F&B manager/director, preferably managing multi-unit or dual-property hospitality operations
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary cuisine, beverage trends, and multi-outlet service strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets, and streamline cross-property operations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a highly visible, hands-on, guest-centric leadership style
- Degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or business, or equivalent professional experience
- Required safety and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Oversee all food preparation, menu engineering, and beverage programming for both hotel properties, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to each property's brand identity
- Direct, hire, train, and evaluate kitchen and front-of-house F&B staff across both locations, fostering teamwork and development with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor P&L, implement cost controls, and standardize inventory systems to optimize performance at each property
- Maintain an active, guest-facing presence in both hotels, engage with guests, resolving concerns, and using feedback to enhance offerings and service
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at both properties
- Lead cross-property culinary events, beverage promotions, and branded initiatives in collaboration with hotel ownership and management
- Build supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply quality and leverage purchasing power across both locations
