- 1-2 years of experience in catering sales hospitality or related field

- Experience with Sales Pro is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to present information effectively in small group settings

Job Duties
- Manage all catering operations including guest service soliciting new accounts negotiating contracts and marketing catering services
- Plan and execute catering events ensuring client satisfaction and successful event outcomes
- Control catering expenses through effective negotiation and cost control measures
- Accurately forecast catering revenues and assist with budgeting and systems management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and communication
- Evaluate guest needs and industry trends to adjust services and operations for market competitiveness and guest satisfaction
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction scores ensuring high standards in service food quality and event execution
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs before and after events
- Adhere to all federal state and local regulations as well as company policies
