Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in catering sales or event planning, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Delphi and/or CI/TY

Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering sales goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, including networking, prospecting, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct site visits, tours, and client meetings to showcase our event spaces and catering capabilities
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus that meet client needs and preferences
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts, negotiating terms to maximize revenue
