Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of 2 years multi-unit store management experience
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and closing shifts
  • ability to travel frequently between stores
  • stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
  • ability to stand and walk for 4-8 hours per day
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • must tolerate varying temperature environments
  • must tolerate high noise levels from music and customer traffic

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand financial reports
  • experience with OSHA, EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, and health department matters
  • ability to develop people

Job Duties

  • Enforce company standard operating policies and procedures
  • oversee daily operations standards and financial performance of stores
  • assist in recruiting and training of new team members and in re-training of current staff when needed
  • assess talent and provide constructive feedback
  • assist in new menu, product, and marketing promotion rollouts
  • provide overall leadership and direction to all store employees and managers while positively coaching, counseling, and motivating staff
  • counsel and discipline team members while resolving internal conflicts and improving team member performance
  • respond quickly to customer concerns and proactively identify potential concerns
  • ensure all employees are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total customer satisfaction
  • prepare qualified employees for promotion and develop adequate numbers of managers
  • maximize financial performance by managing cost of goods sold and labor while increasing sales
  • enforce all federal, state, and local labor laws
  • uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements
  • manage a geographic region with approximately 2-15 units
