Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and reliable attendance
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- ability to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces occasionally
- capability to walk outside in various weather conditions
- ability to climb stairs and frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- prior customer service or hospitality experience beneficial but not required
- familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- experience in front desk, reception, or related roles is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism overnight

- capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Job Duties
- Verifying and posting charges to guest accounts
- completing and distributing reports
- ensuring timely posting of direct billings
- performing full system backups and assigning wake-up calls
- conducting accurate month-end processing and reporting discrepancies
- maintaining awareness of room inventory
- enforcing hotel policies regarding guest behavior and access control
- counting and managing bank transactions
- running audit reports and handling system corrections
- balancing all revenue and settling accounts nightly
- verifying and scheduling valet and transportation needs
- preparing VIP arrival arrangements
- entering maintenance issues into the tracking system
- welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out
- providing hotel and local area information
- processing reservations and payments accurately
- serving as primary overnight guest contact
- managing key control
- responding to guest inquiries and concerns
- handling cash and credit transactions
- resolving guest complaints professionally
- answering telephones and recording messages
- maintaining high standards of personal appearance
- completing daily activity logs
- adhering to attendance policies
- participating in training and other hotel duties as assigned
