Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional architecture or design firm experience
- Preferred licensed professional certification
- Experience in team leadership through all project phases
- Knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Skilled with collaboration software including Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Certification as a licensed professional preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through milestone-based project delivery
- Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Expertise in collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
Job Duties
- Manage project teams through all project phases
- Ensure project deliverables align with contracts and schedules
- Create and maintain project schedules and staffing plans
- Develop detailed Project Charters and QA/QC plans
- Assist with proposals and RFP responses
- Monitor project financial status and conduct financial reviews
- Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing
- Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders
- Lead internal and external project team meetings
- Participate in Quality Control procedures
- Oversee Construction Administration activities
- Review site visit reports and punch lists
- Host project debrief meetings post-construction
- Initiate project close-out procedures
- Manage internal and external resources for quality and profitability
- Provide team members with performance feedback
- Perform monthly 1:1 check-ins with team members
- Conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews
