Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of professional architecture or design firm experience
  • Preferred licensed professional certification
  • Experience in team leadership through all project phases
  • Knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Skilled with collaboration software including Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
  • Certification as a licensed professional preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through milestone-based project delivery
  • Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Expertise in collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams

Job Duties

  • Manage project teams through all project phases
  • Ensure project deliverables align with contracts and schedules
  • Create and maintain project schedules and staffing plans
  • Develop detailed Project Charters and QA/QC plans
  • Assist with proposals and RFP responses
  • Monitor project financial status and conduct financial reviews
  • Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing
  • Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders
  • Lead internal and external project team meetings
  • Participate in Quality Control procedures
  • Oversee Construction Administration activities
  • Review site visit reports and punch lists
  • Host project debrief meetings post-construction
  • Initiate project close-out procedures
  • Manage internal and external resources for quality and profitability
  • Provide team members with performance feedback
  • Perform monthly 1:1 check-ins with team members
  • Conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews
