Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional architecture or design firm experience
- Certification as licensed professional preferred
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of contract management and execution
- Proficiency in Revit, Auto-CAD, MS Office, and collaboration software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and project schedules effectively
Job Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm
- Certification as a licensed professional preferred
- Experience leading teams through milestone-based project delivery
- Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and execution procedures
- Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office
- Expertise with collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams
Job Duties
- Manage project teams through all project phases
- Ensure project deliverables align with contracts and standards
- Maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing workplans
- Create and uphold detailed Project Charters with QA/QC plans
- Assist in project proposals and RFP responses
- Monitor project financial status and complete financial reviews
- Review project invoicing and consultant billing
- Produce weekly project updates including financial and contract reports
- Lead all internal and external project team meetings
- Participate in quality control reviews of project deliverables
- Oversee construction administration including RFI and submittal logs
- Review site visit reports and punch lists
- Host project debrief meetings post-construction
- Initiate project close-out procedures
- Manage resources to ensure quality and profitability
- Provide team performance feedback and conduct performance reviews
