Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited architecture program
- licensed to practice architecture
- experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects
- proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- in-depth knowledge of building codes safety regulations and legal requirements
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- ability to connect and promote ISG's solutions to clients
- ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through written and verbal communications
- proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- in-depth knowledge of building codes safety regulations and legal requirements
- experience in multifamily and mixed-use development design and creating detailed architectural drawings
- proficiency in Adobe Suite and Sketchup
Job Duties
- Work interactively with clients and other design professionals in a creative environment on a broad range of unique housing projects
- work directly with clients in all phases of design process to construction including master planning documentation funding development programming and presenting
- communicate project goals objectives design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-discipline team
- serve as a mentor and build the team
- collaborate with internal resources for design and project execution code review and evaluations specification writers visualization specialists and construction administrators
- represent ISG and clients in public forums
- jump in headfirst on housing-related work including multi mixed-use senior living student living and land development projects
