Job Requirements
- high school education or ged
- 1+ years of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
- specific hunting and archery knowledge and sales experience
- must have a detailed knowledge of all kinds of bows
- basic trapping knowledge is preferred
- maintain knowledge of archery department products
- must be able to provide excellent customer service with a focus on helping customers find the right product
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- efficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing work load

Job Duties
- assisting customers with sporting goods, hunting and archery related questions and guiding customers towards the right product(s)
- greeting customers
- assist archery customers with professional bow set up, adjustments and tune-ups
- stock products on sales floor
- maintaining excellent department presentation at all times
- be cross trained to fill in at other departments
- assist managers and cashiers with refunds and exchanges
