- knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items
- knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve delicious nutritional meals for Kupuna
- support all activities in the kitchen and dining areas
- ensure quality of meals served and services provided
- comply with special diets for Kupuna
- break down and sanitize food service locations and equipment
