Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items
  • knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and serve delicious nutritional meals for Kupuna
  • support all activities in the kitchen and dining areas
  • ensure quality of meals served and services provided
  • comply with special diets for Kupuna
  • break down and sanitize food service locations and equipment
